Our Service Fees

Initial Consultation - To get to know each other, we offer a complimentary consultation for 30 minutes, arranged at a convenient time for you. Lean on Me Concierge, requires a client application completed when service is requested. There is a 1 hour minimum for all services.

Cancellation of services needs to be made with a 24 hour notice by phone or e-mail.

Methods of Payment

  • Payment for all a la carte services is due before or at time of service and upon completion by cash or personal check.
  • Client is responsible for all costs pertaining to requests and payment is due before service will take place.
  • Service charges such as groceries, laundry, and prescription pick-up are due in advance.
  • Receipts provided for all hourly charges.
  • The client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate
  • A fee of $ 25 will be assessed on any and all returned checks
